Data Deletion Instructions

If you are a Fahim account holder (business)

1. Email support@fahim.digital with the subject "Data deletion request" from the email address registered on your account.
2. State your company name and whether you want the whole account deleted or specific data (e.g. one customer's conversations).
3. We acknowledge the request, verify that you own the account, delete the data from our live systems within 30 days, and send you a confirmation.

Account deletion covers: account data, the content Fahim was trained on, inventory, conversations and customers, WhatsApp connection tokens and payment keys. Billing records may be kept for the period required by law.

You can also disconnect your WhatsApp number from Fahim at any time from the dashboard or from Meta Business Suite.

If you connected WhatsApp using Facebook Login

1. Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
2. Select the "Fahim" app and click Remove.
3. To delete the data we received through the connection, email the address above as described.

If you are a customer who messaged a business that uses Fahim

• To stop messages immediately: send the word «إيقاف» (stop) in the same chat.
• To delete your data: contact the business you messaged, as it is responsible for your data. Or email us with your phone number and the business name; we will forward the request and help carry it out within 30 days.
